Group Sessions
Group therapy is a supportive format in which patients are given the opportunity to learn and grow with one another. Sessions are designed to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness through information-sharing and also to teach skills that will assist in the recovery process. Whether an active participant or simply an avid listener – every individual will find something worthy to take away from the group process.

Individual Sessions

Physical Therapy
Healthy bodies are linked to healthy minds. Being active can significantly improve mental health. Physical activity works with other forms of therapy in an integrative way to assist in the effectiveness of treatment. Stress relief, memory improvement, better sleep, and endorphins that act as natural mood boosters are just some of the ways patients can benefit.
Indoor gym facilities are available, and patients can drink in the essence of nature by going for a run or walking on our beautiful grounds. A physiotherapist and biokineticist are available on-site for those who need supervision or assistance.

Recreational Activities
Enjoy a picnic on nature's doorstep. Sunshine and fresh air are two of the world's best doctors. Our recreational activities integrate this ethos by providing valuable opportunities to become refreshed and reinvigorated. Vast, beautiful gardens offer a landscape for peaceful contemplation or socialising among more than 120 bird species and wildlife.
The more active are welcome to a bit of volleyball, table tennis or putting on the mini-green. If you're looking for some quiet time, the library houses various reading materials and DVDs to be enjoyed at leisure.
