At ZwavelStream Clinic, we understand the importance of a strong support system to sustain well-being. Family and loved ones are considered a primary part of the healing process, and the clinic empowers them by offering information and support sessions. We assist patients (and their families) to understand their illness and how it affects their lives.

The role of medication, individual therapy, DBT, Group therapy, ECT, Physical exercise, connecting with nature & relaxation, Pastoral care is available to all religious denominations.
We have a therapeutic program specially designed for adolescents and Youth to address matters relevant to this age group.

Group Sessions

Physical Therapy

Physical activity works with other forms of therapy in an integrative way to assist in the effectiveness of treatment. Stress relief, memory improvement, better sleep, and endorphins that act as natural mood boosters are just some of the ways patients can benefit.

Indoor gym facilities are available, and patients can drink in the essence of nature by going for a run or walks on our beautiful grounds. A physiotherapist and biokineticist are available on-site for those who need supervision or assistance.

Recreational Activities

Our recreational activities integrate this ethos by providing valuable opportunities to become refreshed and reinvigorated. Vast, beautiful gardens offer a landscape for peaceful contemplation or socialising among more than 120 bird species and wildlife.

The more active are welcome to a bit of volleyball, table tennis or putting on the mini-green. If you're looking for some quiet time, the library houses various reading materials and DVDs to be enjoyed at leisure.
