EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a new practice applied in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. EMDR uses a patient's own rapid, rhythmic eye movements. These eye movements weaken the power of emotionally powered memories of past traumatic occurrences.
