Wellness & Well-Being

You have answered “No” to all of the questions in our Self-Diagnosis Questionnaire. This means that you are not currently a candidate for psychiatric intervention. We all experience varying levels of stress in our daily lives – whether at work, home, or other environments. Self-care is of utmost importance if we are to manage these stresses in a healthy way so that we may continue to lead satisfying and fulfilling lives. Should you be feeling overwhelmed and weighed down, try these tips to better deal with the stress in your life:

  • Remember to take time out for yourself. Quiet time alone is very important for the body and mind to rejuvenate.
  • Regular exercise is important for both emotional and physical well-being. It doesn’t have to be anything strenuous – a relaxing walk in nature does wonders for mental acuity.
  • Use your primary support systems – friends and family who are closest to you. Talking to loved ones and sharing your struggles often helps lighten the load you have to carry.

However, if you have a particular concern that you feel may need professional attention, please feel free to contact us at any time.
